One of the most common injuries we get are getting stuck by cactus needles, and this kit has pain killers, antiseptic, bandages, and other things. We all carry a comb in our hiking gear to get the cactus off, but don't think to carry pain killers or antiseptics in our hiking gear in case we get stuck or slip on the rocks.
