camping outdoors


My kids say that camping outdoors is their favorite thing. They would rather go to the mountains and hang out in the woods than go on vacation to a resort setting. They love to hike, fish and eat samores. And I am sure they don't mind missing the evening baths!

Our family has been camping outdoors for as long as the kids have been in existence. In fact my husband and I may have conceived one of them in the very tent we use for camping today. So perhaps the children have come into their love of camping outdoors naturally. We have taken them with us on trips for as long as they can remember.

We are not one bit disappointed with the kids love of camping outdoors. In truth, my husband and I would much rather spend our vacations close to a lake or in the pines. That is our idea of a relaxing time. In fact, in a couple weeks time we will be camping outdoors in what we hope will still be snow. That'll be a very special trip!
