camping gearMy husband and I used our camping gear last year when we took our grandkids to the mountains of West Virginia for a few days. We stayed in our camp for three days and we had all the camping gear we needed to get us through the trip without any discomfort. All of us had a very good time on the trip and we returned home with our batteries recharged.  I have no doubt that this coming summer my husband and I will use our camping gear again when we take our grandkids somewhere else for a couple of days. I do not know yet exactly where we will go camping but not having a set destination only adds to the excitement of the adventure. Knowing that my husband and I could gather up our camping gear and jump in our vehicle with our grandkids and dogs and just start driving for a few days gives me a feeling of freedom. I am only ever a few hours’ drive away from getting back to nature and reconnecting with myself. I find this to be a very reassuring thought.
