outdoor sport


My husband is on an adult baseball league. The boys are just now getting together to start practice for this year. That means every Thursday night we will be at the ball field watching my husband play this outdoor sport. Even now it is still a little cool at night so extra jackets are needed but it won't be long before the weather begins to change and those extra garments can be left in the car or at home.

I am glad my husband is involved with this baseball league. It is good for him to get out with his buddies, get some exercise and fresh air and have some fun. We enjoy watching the outdoor sport and usually end up with fast food on Thursday nights. It seems to be a win-win situation for everyone involved.

This will be the third year my husband has played on this outdoor sport baseball league. Many of the same guys return year after year. We have befriended a couple of families that we see even after this outdoor sport season is over. The families gather together beside the dugout, watch the games and cheer our team to what we all hope will be a victory. It is a good night out for all!
