I am so gleeful and giddy today because I just got off the phone with one of my good buddies and next weekend we are heading out to Oak Creek Canyon in Northern Arizona to get some seriously awesome camping outdoor sports in. We are both avid anglers, and there are some great fishing spots at that location. He told me he already had made the reservations for the camp site, so that is one thing that is taken care of. Now all that I have to do is get my camping gear out of the attic and start making sure that it is all ready to go, so that when we leave next Friday afternoon to embark upon another great trip, I don’t forget any of the camping gear that I need behind by accident. There have been some trips in the past where I was so absentminded during my preparations that I forgot to bring along a few essentials. However, this time around I have made a camping gear checklist, this way nothing will go unnoticed. You can bet I am looking forwards to one heck of a good time!
