My family and I love camping outdoors and we decided for the first time to spend two weeks this summer doing exactly that. Usually we spend a free weekend here and there camping outdoors but this time we thought it would be fun to take two weeks and spend some time at one of our favorite spots. My parents have expressed interest in coming up during those two weeks for at least part of the time, so this morning I went online and ordered some camping supplies for them. I know it may not be something that they do on a regular basis, but I would love to have them there with us for a weekend or possibly even a week. Dad said he hasn’t been camping outdoors for probably twenty years and he’s looking forward to it. In fact, ever since they decided to come he’s been calling me almost every morning to discuss things that we could all do together as a family and fishing is at the top of that list. It looks like things are gearing up to be a great summer and I can’t wait to see all that unfolds.
